I DON'T MATTER TO MAKRO ANYMORE

I now have a problem with an appliance I ordered online 22 November 2024. Makro is so quite about my return it's heartbreaking. I was updated from packing, courier and delivery, I was impressed. Now that the item is faulty and has to be returned, I don't matter anymore. I expect the same energy, the same accuracy professionalism as when i bought the item.
