I don't even know where to start ,they have the worst return service ever

I don't even know where to start ,they have the worst return service ever. it's almost 2 weeks since I logged a return and to this day nothing has happened ,they keep rejecting the return and approving it. it's the most ridiculous experience ever. I'm really really angry.
