I do not want your ****!!!!

After waiting almost a month for an item that was supposed to delivered within 2-5 working days, I made it clear that I don't want it anymore. Further: 1.The packaging was damaged. 2.The watch looked like a product that has been used previously or was a display item. 3.It has some marks and scratches.4.When I tried to pair the device with phone, there was already another paired device "malebo" on the device. 5.The worst of it all is that the "MEDIATEK APP" that I am suppose to download to from Playstore is nowhere to be found which renders the device totally useless. I DO NOT ****EN WANT IT!!!

I tried to use your RETURNS & REPAIRS on the website and that too is faulty. Get an error " Oops! An error has occurred.Please try again or contact us with the following information: Error ID: ivcmkk Version: 2.0-144-f1" USELESS ONLINE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
