I DO NOT RECOMMEND ONLINE SALES WITH MAKRO- worst of the worst

Makro has to be the worst decision I have ever made where online purchases are concerned. I ordered 4 items 3 of which were delivered separately and the first one was delivered 3 weeks after the date shown on the app after I made numerous calls. When it was eventually delivered it was damaged, called and they told me to log return myself on the app which I told them the option was fretted out. Lady said she was escalating no feedback until I called again only to find one of the first 3 items does not show as delivered but rather as pending so I must wait till that’s sorted in order to log return. I kept calling, sending emails and texting their WatsApp and eventually they logged it for me and said it would be collected 2-4 business days…it has been 3 weeks!!!Item has not been collected no refund and again I had to call and send two emails for them to call me back and tell me they will escalate…its been 2 months and that item still shows as not delivered when It was delivered within a week. I still have the damaged item with me awaiting them. I hate myself for using Makro!!!
