I didn't receive my online order!!!

I made an online purchase on the 31st October and still have not received my order. I called head office, they could not assist me, I also called Ottery and was told that they would return my call. On the system, it states that a delivery was attempted which is not the case as no one came on that specific date. At this moment I would just like a refund.
