I didn't receive my online order!!!
I made an online purchase on the 31st October and still have not received my order. This is a breach of the terms and conditions. I want to be brief so what are the next steps?

Sivuyile Seyothlilla received the info and didn't bother to respond. I will never use this company again and I urge everyone to do the same. No one is responding!!! How will I get my money back?
