i didn't even made an arrangement

I was behind on my payment and i decided to fix it at the end of the month. Just before the end of the month i received a call from the account dep asking me when will i pay. I said i cant make promises but i will pay the full amount when i get my money. Today i get an sms letting me know i did not pay my arrangement i made. But i never made one. Now this reflects bad on my name because they made an arrangement without my knowledge. . I am very mad. Replay my call and listen for yourself. . I never made an arrangement. .
