I did an online order on 9 December 2024, received notification that it was packed and will be delivered by 14 December 2024. Whilst giving them the benefit of the doubt for not delivering by the stated date I have been following up numerous times which lead to nothing but dead ends. Today 28 December 2024 I spoke to an Agent where I was on hold for 5 minutes and the call was dropped. I called back and spoke to another agent "Decrecia" was the name, she also dropped my call and went on a tea break, I mean really!!! This is the poorest service I have ever received from a retailer. I need my order to be delivered Makro, you got your money I want my product. Ridiculous!!!
