I bought some groceries and alcohol at Makro on the 30/04/2025
I bought some groceries and alcohol at Makro on the 30/04/2025. I made a mistake and it was a double order. I requested 1 order to be cancelled but it was not and it was delivered. I returned the groceries to Makro they took some and told me that I need to log a return online since I bought the items online. I did and they were collected on the 2nd of May. I have not received my refund I have been calling them and everyone is logging a ticket for mme. I'm so frustrated it is over 3 months now since I have been waiting. I need my refund. I have sent countless emails and they are ignoring me now. Called the call centre they keep on telling that the store does not answer. They gave me ref numbers nothing is happening after. Makro Germiston and Makro Alberton.

I have not heard from Makro till today. They keep on promising on this platform that they will contact me and never. What a bad shopping experience from makro. I will spread the word that people should never try to buy online from them . Bad customer experience ever. Take a lot is the best I promise you.
