17 Sept 2025, 19:16I want to make everyone aware of the horrible service that your online store is offering. Simphiwe Gama even responded to my query in an unprofessional way saying the fridge is defective because of Hisense. I have further escalated this to Official Hisense team and I will be taking this to ICASA. I will not allow an *********** customer assistant not Makro to bully me. I want my refund or a brand new fridge. This apologize mean nothing.
