I bought a washing machine on the Makro website

I bought a washing machine on the Makro website. It took a week for the delivery to come, that’s fine because I had been informed. What shocked me was the delivery guy. He said he is only allowed to deliver the washing machine at the address and is not responsible for carrying the machine upstairs where I live and where I will use the machine. He asked, what if the machine breaks. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. Makro outsources their deliveries and this is the nonsense we are subjected to. Makro, do better. You guys are delivering for women, how do you expect us to carry washing machines? Utter nonsense!!!
