I bought a tumble dryer from Makro online on 21 June 2025

I bought a tumble dryer from Makro online on 21 June 2025. Got an SMS from Makro on Wednesday 25 June saying that the couriers will make contact to deliver the tumble dryer. The original delivery date received with the order was the 28th of June. I called their call centre on 28 June to ask where my product was but they did not give me a satisfactory answer. The agent apologised on behalf of the couriers but I am very angry and disappointed. According to her report they were waiting for a delivery from the free state and will deliver on Tuesday. It is Tuesday evening and the delivery has not been made. My order is paid in full but I am still waiting. What is the use I looked for a reputable company that sold the item I wanted.
