I bought a Samsung microwave 40l,in 2/2/25,brand new,

I bought a Samsung microwave 40l,in 2/2/25,brand new,.In May 1,2025 I took my microwave because it was malfunction,comes on but when putting the time it would not appear thus could not do anything,suggestive at Makro was that timing not was the fault. I wanted a refund since it is still new.It is now 10days and I'm unable to get answer as to what's going on.I called today and was told that it is being repaired,I want to be refunded.Any suggestions on my way forward please,2weeks without a microwave, very a angry,disappointed.
