i bought a Kenwood chef online last week from the Makro app online and it should have been delivered to me on Tuesday [8/4/2025]. since then - no joy, , tried the tracking system - not working , send query online - NOTHING , been trying to phone the help line - what a joke - NO HELP - just pass around and then cut off , happened 3 times so .maybe intentional ?... , drove 90km to the nearest branch [ Port Elizabeth ] spoke to the online branch manager [ Natasha ] personally - said she will come back to me -nothing , phoned the PE branch manager [ Letitia ] and she said she will help me - now we wait. this must be the worst online buy i ever did and this from a so-called reputable business.
