I bought a Fridge on the 27th of November and I have not received my order

I bought a Fridge on the 27th of November and I have not received my order.I received message on Sunday the 4th that the order is handed to Dawn Wing,Is Wednesday already the order have not arrived.When I call Makro they are not giving answers and Dawn wing they don't have my order.I am really disappointed about the service I receive from Makro online.
