I bought a Defy front loader and the machine was making a load noise I went to complain about it and I was inform that it slip the consultants mind to inform me about the bracket at the back of the machine that I was supposed to remove the supervisor then told me very unfriendly and irritated with me that I was supposed to read the manual before using the machine she also mansion that I was negligence and tht they are not going to take any responsibility to fix the machine which I bought for R6000.00 and use it 3times idnt know what to do anymore cause I can not find help is it possible that you can assist me 😭
