I bought a Camp Master Gazebo at Makro

I bought a Camp Master Gazebo at Makro. I used it only once. We had friends over and erected the Gazebo in the garden. Then it started to rain. It was a light rain (-2mm that day) with a light breeze of wind. Obviously we rushed inside and left the Gazebo as is outside. After the rain the Gazebo was totally wrecked. I took it back to Makro and Camp Master and Makro refused to replace it saying it violated its warranty because it was used outside in bad weather conditions. (The weather conditions was honestly weaker than minimum conditions which anybody can check on the photos) Makro did call back but without even listening to my side of the story or to get the evidence. They claimed what their staff (which had no clue) told them and that was the end of the story.
