I bought 2 items on different occasions from them

I bought 2 items on different occasions from them. I bought the Samsung Galaxy watch Ultra. The item did not arrive on the date they told me. So I contacted them. Suddenly the the item was out of stock. No communication from them. The second item I bought was the Xiaomi TV box bundle. Instead of the bundle I paid for I only received the TV box. I contacted them again and they said it would be collected within 2 to 4 days. It is now almost a month and nobody collected the item but they sent me a message saying the query was resolved which it was not.
