I am so disappointed in my experience with Makro

I ordered a vanity table online from Makro. The item came in a box without assembly instructions. When I reached out to them they sent me the instructions but they were all in Chinese and there are so many small parts it is not something you can figure out on your own.

I have tried reaching out to them several times since to come and collect the item and refund me or send someone to come and assemble it but so far have received no further communication.

Now I have a pile of junk worth R5000 collecting dust and I really need a vanity table as a woman so I can have a place to get ready in the mornings. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.
