I am rely disappointed with an electrical equipment I bought from Makro Riversands infect my wife bought
I am rely disappointed with an electrical equipment I bought from Makro Riversands infect my wife bought. In less than one year the stove has gone in three times for repairs and it's still not fixed. I am so disappointed in this Defy product cause nothing has been done in repairing the stove but each time we wait two months for us to get the same product with no change.

Thank you for your quick response but now what's the way forward cause I still can not use the product and I had to buy a small two plate in all this period of up and down with the stove being taken away for repairs but still comes back the same. Just this week I got the stove back and it's the same. So I can't afford to take it back for repairs and wait for the same thing, Defy failed to fix there product and I am suffering with all of this.
