I am in utter shock!

I am in utter shock of the sevice i have just recieved at makro ottery.I have just purchased a karcher machine and recived the machine with a wheel missing omongst other things.I then returned to makro within a half hour which can be confirmed on the cameras and was met with the most rude staff i have ever encountered..I was told that they will not refund me as everything was in the box.I then requested them to please look on the camera so that they can confirm this that we know for sure that it was and they refused.I was then approached by by a guy who presented himself as the merchandise manager edwin who was absolutely rude the way that he spoke to me and handled me as a customer..Not only was he there but 3 to 4 other people as well all standing around us just for my brother and i When i asked to speak to the senior manager gherad, they said that he is not availabe and i was then approched by a ladie called levon who is apparently acting manager when gherad is not there.I was only made to feel even worse by her saying that i need to return the wheel and pipes and that she is not giving my noney back until that was returned...i am absolutely shocked that she made me feel like a ***** infront of all the staff standing there...Almost 4 to 5 people attending to me at the same time, i felt that was really not the way any customer should be treated/intimidated.Being a business owner myslef i was utterly shocked at the way i was treated..They could just have checked the cameras and confirmed if everything was packed out when the box left the store as i requested.I will be taking this up further as i have had to video record this whole encounter to safeguard myslef.Upon doing this edwin said his dine dealing with me and that his getting security to escort me out of the building.They refused to check the cameras as i asked them to.I would like to mention that out of the 4 to 5 guys standing there ashraf apparenly also 1 of the managers was the only level headed guy there and the others were just absolutely rude pulling there wheight in the way they spoke as to say to me that they own makro and that theres nothing i can do about it.I would like the video to be pulled and watched. The karcher machine is still laying at the store and i am out of R5000
