I am extremely disappointed with Makro’s service

I am extremely disappointed with Makro’s service. I placed an order as a Mother’s Day gift, with delivery scheduled for 26 May, but it was never delivered and no communication was provided. I even asked my mother to take time off to receive the delivery, which resulted in her wasting her day waiting. After I followed up, I was told the order had not even been handed to the courier and no delivery date could be confirmed. To make matters worse, I received an email this morning stating that a refund was being processed, despite the fact that I never requested a cancellation or refund. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and service is far below standard. I am highly frustrated and expected far better from Makro.
