Huge disappointment with service

Makro and Suppliers, including the courier service!

Always receive horrible service and it is unacceptable that our organisation has to encounter such terrible customer service, if it is not failed delivery, no communication notified, no response, blame shifting from Makro when they see that their suppliers are their downfall but they don’t fix that issue.

I’m beyond livid and disappointed as an organisation this has affected our smooth functioning process. I’m now moving to try another retail store to assist as Makro has failed with their service.
