HP printer sold as new but its refurbished

I bought a printer HP color laser MFP 179fnw on 15/03/2021 through online, i only used it for a month then i had a problem with the printer. This week i called HP store to assist me resolve the problem and they advised to check if its still under warranty. I checked and it shows i bought the printer last year August as warranty is due to expire next month. I did query this with HP and they just updated the warranty. I believe this printer is not new its refurbished because even when i check the printing job it shows lots of pages i have printed and scanned. Can you please take back your printer, provide me with the new one as i was buying the new printer not a refurbished printer. Here is the case no:*** CRM:***
