HP PRINTER 8715 ON LINE- NOT WORKING

<p>Good day,</p> <p>The printer was received, firstly we request a different delivery address that is incorrectly deliverd. Then the printer is not working, it does not install after 5 hours of struggling google, it seeems this printers is permanently not working and have issues! is this the kind of product sold to people to get rid of a product who has a lot of problems and issues. This printer will be delivered back to Makro Vanderbijl and Is not intrested in the HP PRODUCT ANY MORE, WANT A NEW PRINTER REPLACEMENT AND DEFFINATELY NOT THE SAME ONE!
