How useless can you get???

I recently purchased a 15m extension cord from Makro Online. The price was good, and hey, what can go wrong???

EVERYTHING!!! To start with, I received a packet of ENDEARMINTS instead of the extension.

I have logged a return, which was eventually processed a week after being logged. The ENDEARMINTS were eventually collected, and I am still waiting for my refund!!!

The interactions with their 'customer service' are pathetic and ***less.
