How not to treat a customerService oeder

On 27 September I returned a Hisense Smart TV to the Silverlakes store. It malfunctioned 5 weeks after I bought it. I was told to keep the TV and a technician will come have a look. This happened the next day (28 Sep) and a report was produced. I personally gave a copy of this report to the store. Since then, ... nothing:( I went to the store a few times and all I get is "it's Hisense's fault". My till slip shows that I have a sales agreement with Makro, not Hisense, but the staff don't seem to understand that concept. I even contacted Makro through their website on 4 October but I assume that I did not deserve a reply either. This is the second big ticket item that fails on me right out of the box or shortly thereafter in the last 2 months. I have noticed a deterioration in customer service and quality of merchandise since Walmart took over. I just want this TV issue sorted then I will not bother Makro again with my presence.
