How Makro stole 1000 rand from me

I purchased paint online on the 21st of May. Makro refused to collect it and said we need to come in-store (ridiculous as the online purchase was done for need and convenience as we cannot make it there physically, hence not buying in store) It is now 3 June (the nearest store is 3.8km away). They could have had the paint picked up and replaced in 30 minutes. They have escalated nothing and have pocketed the money. This is supposed to be customer care.
