How is it to possible to make a mistake on delivery for 3 Times

Makro, please get you act together. I ordered a juicer 250w and paid for this model. On 3, Three occassions they delivered the 150w juicer. How is it possible for anyone to get this item incorrect for three times in a row. I shudder to think who you employ for your online services. This is unacceptabel and shows total incompetance. Extremely disappointed with the service.
