how is it possible that an eft doesn't reflect after 15 days!!!

I've made an online payment on my account on 23rd September. Now, 15 days later it still doesn't reflect on my Makro account and I'm getting constant reminders for payment. Really this is ridiculous. I have the proof of payment and everything. Sort this out asap please.

So Makro has now suspended my card even after i sent them the proof of payment. You will get no further payments from me until this has been sorted out, i can promise you that!
