House of Silence

I bought an item from you on 12 July 2024. Payment for the item went through my bank account twice - I informed you, send you the proof and Grant Mentor acknowledged receipt. To date I have not received my refund and I am busy losing my patience. This is pathetic. I send mails asking for feedback and nothing happens. I received a call on Monday from a lady stating she cannot see that I paid double. I then referred her back to my bank statement and to date I heard nothing again. I want this matter to receive the relevant attention now!
