Horrrible service from makro online

I ordered an item online, an incorrect item was delivered to me a few days later. I immeDiatelly logged it on their website and also via email. The last communication I got from them was that they have logged my return. I have called and emailed and tweeted and all they ever say is that they are investigating and will get back to me. I even physically went to the store and they say they cant assist me with online orders. Needless to say I ordered the same item from takealot and received it the next day
