HORRIFYING SERVICE FROM MAKRO

I ordered an Inflatable Queen Size Mattress and a Double Size Mattress was delivered. I have been phoning the contact centre and they have been telling me about a Supplier, but I didn't purchase from the Supplier I purchased directly from Makro. Then was told the item would be collected and I would get a refund on the 31st of December. NO MAM, I WANT THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR THATS WHAT I WANT. YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIFYING. AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK AS PROMISED
