Horrified once again by Makro

Bought 2 fans. Waited forever for the delivery and when it eventually arrived the items was damaged. Returned it and still awaiting my refund. Purchase was on the 4 December. I have been stupid enough to believe maybe they have changed and improved their customer service. No replies to emails and calls.
