Horrific service

I received a call from Leanne Naidoo who is a marketing manager, the irony in this is my complaint is against the sales manager Babs Moodley and Leanne who is on the same level as Babs gives me a call... From the start of that call I advised her I want to speak to the Head of Makro Springfield and she just wasted my time and all she said was there is stock available and she is sorry. Absolutely pathetic and waste of my time. I stated that I don't want this matter swept under the carpet and I want this matter addressed as I had to lodge 2 social media complaints to receive 1 phone call which was a waste of my time. I want a call from the head of makro Springfield or you can give me his number and I will personally call him you guys don't have to waste your airtime.

I was told by Leanne that I can go to Cornubia as they have stock of the items. I went to Cornubia on Saturday and guess what no stock was available I spoke to a lady by the name of Kiara...

This is my 3rd complaint I have not received a call from a senior at the Springfield branch... Such disgusting service...
