Horrific online service delivery

This is basically the second time this happens in 3 months.

I have ordered dog food from Makro 28Feb 2025, and have been calling since last week Monday regarding the delivery. No one has come back to me with regards to the order, and they have been directing me to their warehouse in the East of Gauteng when my order is for Pretoria North. Called again last week Thursday, 6 March and was told my order is out for delivery the next day. Till today, No order and now my dogs are starving!!!!
