Horrific Online Service

Really abysmal online service. Ordered 2 items and both had issues. The first clearly didn't match the product description and came in the wrong colour. The second claimed to be in stock and for delivery in 3 - 5 days, however, all that was delivered in that time was a note claiming that it is now on backorder, so an absolutely brilliant way on ensuring that the so called 'delivery date' was met. I emailed them upon receiving the package but received absolutely no response. This is all of course additional to the rather rude emails I received after their glitchy website processed my payment, claimed it had been finalized and then crashed with me receiving no transaction notifications. This happened twice, each with a different payment option until I finally got 'lucky'. I would suggest anyone looking for tech products go directly to FirstShop who Makro rather ***********ly order from and get the stuff directly. They respond quickly and deliver, bringing Makro into the picture just causes problems.
