Horrific Makro Service 😔
I ordered something online & Makro cant deliver. They have made zero communication with me regarding their delivery challenges. when I call the call centre they always tell me about escalating my matter but to date nothing has happened, no call/ email nix. Now I want my refund since I’m not an important customer then I’ll take my business elsewhere
