Horrific Makro

I have never encountered such a horrific experience in history of my online purchasing Makro is a nightmare . They are well aware of volumes during Festive and failed to prepare ahead of time , they are not clear on their reply they should actually shut down most of their communication platform . I have been following up on this order : MAK*** i have tried to talk to store manager of Crown Mine Makro for days without reaching him or her . I will never regret dismally to why did i not buy from another service provider jeeer !!! Can someone call me we resolve this issue , check your records to how many phone calls and chats have i made !!! Kind Regards Le***a ***
