Horrific customer service from Okuhle Sobekwa - Makro

Product arrived damaged. Tried to return it within the hour of receiving it. Okuhle Sobekwa from Makro's customer service ignored my emails for a month then sent an email to say I have to log the return myself within 14 days of purchase.
