HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered online and the order was never ever delivered but it was debited from our account. Tried calling numerous times to follow up weeks later, the lady puts me on hold for an hour and eventually drops the call. Do not recommend buying online you WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Even emailing them you will receive 0 response. I advised my company to cancel our trade account as we tried to increase our credit limit with them but constantly sent in circles from one number and email to the other with calls getting dropped in your ear and emails ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE
