Horrid experience with Makro Online

Do not touch Makro Online with a pole.This rating should be - 10. The worst company ever to deal with. Its now exactly a month since my ordeal started with them. Between Makro, their 3rd party supplier and courier, all you get is evasive answers, non truths and false promises. Makro is smiling all the way sitting with my R13000 and me with no laptops s. Their customer service and customer care is despicable, their communication blow even substandard, they do not care about their customers as long as they have your money. I will always regret the day I went online and bought from them. No wonder they dont have a physical adress where you can return items or query returns, they woukd have been burned down by now. Makro Online send all your staff to Takealot to learn a thing or two.
