Horribly disappointed!

Ordered a product 4 July, now 22 July. No one explains why, no call back after several phone calls and emails. Since last week they say pick up has been arranged for the next day, same story today. Manager/ supervisor do not take calls or call back. Terribly disappointed, and still waiting. I want my money back!!!!!
