Horrible Turnaround time and service

I placed an order on the 19th of May and the order is still stuck on order packed. I have called countless times and used live chat but no joy in getting the order. I requested an cancellation and refund and it’s been a week of waiting for this to be done. This is pathetic even the Team Managers from the CS department tell lies. I JUST WANT TO BE REFUNDED THE MONEY BACK!!!!!
