Horrible shopping experience.

Their online shopping experience is horrible. 1. Orders are cancelled and now you have to wait for the refund and I need these things but I have to wait for my money. WHY ARE YOU NOT UPDATING YOUR SITE? YOU TAKE OUR MONEY THEN OPPS! 2. THE COURIER GUY drivers are rude, they want to deliver according to their schedule no care for customers. They tried to deliver a leaking box but I saw it hence I don't want anything to be left with security. Days later I am still waiting for my groceries. 3. Your delivery system is horrible, you can't manage your dependencies. When I get a notification from THE COURIER GUY I know won't have a good experience, it NEVER ends well.
