Horrible service with regards to my refund

I can’t believe how pathetic is their online system. After 2 weeks of placing my order (which I needed urgently ) only for them to say it’s out of stock. Then another week gone by and they haven’t even cancelled the order on the app after multiple calls it’s still not cancelled and let’s add multiple escalations as well. Still waiting for my refund which they claim will take 14 working days for finance to sort it out. I have heard so many bad reviews of them taking 3-4 months for them to give you your refund and that too it doesn’t happen without you writing a comment on hello Pieter or 30 calls to them to query the refund. Sick and tired of phoning them for 2 hours yesterday.
