Horrible service through Makro online service

Horrible service through Makro online service.

I purchased a PS4 which was delivered on the 17th of April 2024. Upon receiving my package I connected it only to find that it was not responding. I had to check on my other TV but it was still not responding, I even went to Wonderboom Pretoria Makro to request them to test the item for me. It was still not working.

21st April I logged a return request, then they called to say they will collect it within 48hrs. Was I fooled or taken for a ride?? Still today I am not getting no form of communication, when I call them they tell me the same story that the matter is been escalated. Makro I need my refund, you guys don't take your customers serious. Your service is very very **** poor. I'm tired of calling you guys and wasting my airtime and resources!!!!
