Terrible Experience with Makro Online – Never Again
I’m beyond disappointed with the service I received from Makro Online. I placed an order expecting the reliability that comes with a big name like Makro, but the experience was absolutely horrible.
My order was delayed with no communication, and I had to follow up several times just to get any kind of response. When I did get through to customer service, the replies were vague, unhelpful, and clearly not interested in resolving my issue. It felt like no one actually cared that I hadn’t received my order.
Even now, I’m still waiting on [my parcel/refund/a clear update] — and the silence is deafening.
Makro should be doing much better than this. Honestly, this was a complete waste of time and money. I won’t be ordering from them online again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values proper service.
