Horrible Service Makro Carnival

I ordered things from Makro 2 weeks ago and they were suppose to be delivered by the 6 of December and non of those orders where delivered. Instead some of my items where cancelled and I was not notified about it..I call Their call centre and they giving me the run around and no one is helping me.. They even give me wrong names of their team leader who’s suppose to call me..They say it’s Steve Sibuyile and he hasn’t called me. Makro in Carnival gives bad service to paying clients and don’t bother to assist them with their things. Makro Carninval is full of nonsense nxa.. I would give -*** rate cause of the lazy work and not helping client or at least communicate. Either you refund me now my money not after 2 weeks or you give me my items cause they are overdue
