Horrible service. I will never buy from you again

The worst service ever. I regret purchasing with them. I ordered a laptop on Friday and it stated it would be delivered today. I was meant to install software today as I will be using the laptop for my exam tomorrow. I only received a notification that it'd dispatched to courier not at 5 pm. Meaning I don't have a laptop for my exam. I called the call.center before 5 and the supervisors are all gone. Even head office is gone. The email address on my receipt does not work. You operate the business by being horrible. I will never again purchase from you. I'd rather pay for convenience and trust.
